Worst ever experience and would not recommend to any save 1 or 2 thousand rupees, bcoz their rates are better. But it's not worth. I tried to book an order on 8th April, half day was lost in documentation procedure. As one person gave half information. I started again on 9th April 2025. After paying money, locking rates & doing KYC by Bank. I came to know that they are unable to send the money. A dispute arose between Bookmyforex and RBL that Rates have not been locked, despite I paid 2% locking amount. No one from Bookmyforex was willing to reply including their Managers were of any help. Instead I was told how did I get their no.Then I had to approach RBL Bank for help. I wasted 3 days, I was not sure that whether my money will be sent. I was told by customercare to take back my Money. WHY ? AUD Rate which I locked has gone up. Money I sent on 9th April received on 16th April in Australia. I am not sure, whether my money will be sent. Horrible experience.

I paid and booked the card yesterday morning. Loaded all the documents but unfortunately my air ticket was not able to upload which I did today morning from morning have been calling them they only say apologize for the delay. And they said by today I will get my card not able to track anything. A 10 rupee item order we are able to track online but unfortunately not able to track Forex card. When I told customer service guy said if are traveling tomorrow then I will cancel and arrange for repayment.... has somebody said to save few rupees got struck with these guys, MakeMyTrip for a bus booking they give us so many messages email etc, but for Forex card they don't have a tracking system. Very bad service

Worst experience with Bookmyforex twice in a row. Pathetic delievery service. When I placed an order for forex card , the delivery guy refused to come to my location and asked me to come 10 kms away from my home to collect the card and later I ended up filling their form and getting their card on a highway .
Second time , i placed an order for thai bhat currency and my flight was early in the morning . Customer care told me that my order will be delivered by 6 pm and del guy will contact me in afternoon. Noone contacted me and after calling customer care number of times , they gave me the number of del guy who kept on fooling me for 4 hrs and at 9:30 pm he finally told me that he would come tomorrow and I have to board the flight at 3 am. I strongly advice to avoid booking forex through them as their delivery service is terrible. Instead of saving some money in cashback , better to get it from some local agent
