My experience was very smooth, I got some issue with my Boat watch. Just wend there in morning and submit request because it was under warranty. There was not so much rush my work was done in 5 mins and I got my replacement in 5 days.

In reality this is a realme service centre. A receptionist entertaining visitors finds an outside defect with the product and sends them back saying it is due to the product fall. No transparency after they take your product inside.

When I came to the service center the staff there was very polite and talked to me very nicely.
I had a Realme buds t310 which were not working but when I went to the service center they asked for the bill and said that I was in a hurry to check it so they said wait for 15 minutes and after 15 minutes they checked it and gave me new Realme buds
I am very happy with the service center.
