I had to file a previous return for which the AO had to be changed and a condonation request had to be filed. Darshan ji quoted 10k and said that it will take 2 or 3 months. I transferred 5k and kept calling, sending message but did not receive any update. It has been 5 months. If the work can not be done, they should not give hope and take money.
